Here you can design your Unmasked sponge cake!

All of our sponges are made from 3 layers of our deliciously light signature sponge filled with 2 layers of your chosen filling. With an Unmasked sponge, you can see the filling of the Cake. We then decorate the top with some yummy goodies of your choosing.

We require 3 Days notice to guarantee a specific size and flavour combination.

We do order extra ingredients each week, however, so if there is less than 3 day until you need your cake place your order anyway! If we are not able to do your exact size and flavour combination we will get in contact with you with some suggestions of different sizes and flavours.
